Clarification: The refund of the amount will be made by payment in the form that has paid the product, by transfer or card.
The rules regarding the returns, (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, guarantee and invoice issuance, are the following: No returns will be accepted that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect state. The delivery note of the courier is valid as receipt of the gift by us, this will take effect from the day the delivery is made at the recipient's home.
