Shipments and returns


If you are not satisfied with the products purchased in My Basket, you can return them within a period of no more than 7 days, counted from the receipt of the product.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Clarification: The refund of the amount will be made by payment in the form that has paid the product, by transfer or card.

The rules regarding the returns, (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, guarantee and invoice issuance, are the following: No returns will be accepted that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect state. The delivery note of the courier is valid as receipt of the gift by us, this will take effect from the day the delivery is made at the recipient's home.

In the case of requesting refund of the amount, the client (always the buyer), must send the product to My Basket within 7 days after receiving the order and the return costs (postal or courier), run to charge of the client (according to Law of 1/15/96 number 7/1996).

Notice: If you are not the buyer and it is a gift you have received we will replace the garments within our availability in size and / or color but the economic payment can only be made to the person who has ordered and paid for the product. So if you want the amount in cash you must notify the person to whom it is sent and that person should request it from us.
